Latin Standards will be Marga’s twelfth solo show. Audience are invited to stay after this performance for drinks and a question answer session about the show.
MARGA GOMEZ Marga is the writer/performer of eleven more solo plays which have been presented in the Bay Area, Off-Broadway, nationally and internationally. HuffPost named her a 2015 “Agent of Change.” The SF Weekly named Marga one of “2016’s Artists To Watch.” She teaches solo performance online and at Brava Theater where she is a tenured artist in residence. As a stand up comedian she has appeared on LOGO’s “One Night Stand Up,” Showtime's "Latino Laugh Festival,” Comedy Central’s “Out There" and HBO’s “Comic Relief” at the invitation of Robin Williams.
